1. Responsibility for the maintenance of facilities.
- Maintain a list of work projects that need doing. (Anyone interested in contributing to the Church through assisting on these projects are invited to contact the committee.)
- Monitoring the current financial condition of the Church
- Ensuring that financial information is available to members
- Providing accountability for monies donated to a specific purpose
- Development of new annual budgets
- Assist with any problems our church employees may have
- Oversight of their performance
- Establish and co-ordinate job descriptions
- Evaluation, performance review and feedback
